There are various ways to invest in the
Philippines. From land, real estate, and the new concepts of
Condotels where you buy a prebuilt Condo and then have the
builder rent it to prospective renters much like a hotel.
The above pictures are samples of Condotel projects.
Basically, you own the condo. If you
can't live on it year round, the builder will rent the room
out to a visitor. You can also do your own booking for your
condo. These are new concepts in investing but you still
have to do your homework.
Others have resorted to plain ol'
consumer business - franchising, starting their own, etc. |
